As this will become the boot-track of the CD the call to MAKETRK is slightly different than for the other tracks:

MAKETRK -b4000 -z HV.ABS

PADCD +100000 HV.T00 HV.RAW

The MAKETRK-call will do the following:

HV.ABS will be used as the input-file,
-bxxxxxx tells MAKETRK that this track will become the boot-track of a Jaguar-CD. This means that the Jaguar will load the core-content of this track automatically to the specified address and then start it at this address. HV.ABS runs from $4000, so the complete parameter is -b4000.
-z tells the tool to add a 16bit-word of value 0 (zero) at the start of the output file. This seems to be necessary for certain CD-burningtools.

Because we create a boot-track with this MAKETRK-call the track-number is internally set to 0, therefore the output-file gets the file-extension ".T00", its complete name will be "HV.T00".

The output-file HV.T00 should look like this:

Please note that there is no Partition-Marker sequence following the track-header, the 4byte-LONG-value at offset $62 is the startaddress $4000 and that the 4byte-LONG-value $6a60 at offset $66 is the filelength for the contained program which is found from offset $6a to $6ac9.

Because the Jaguar-CD-system prefers tracks with sizes bigger than 1MB we call PADCD to blow up the created track-file "HV.T00" by $100000 bytes (=1MB), the resulting file will be called "HV.RAW".
